THE 1992 HARVEST
After three years of spring frosts, budding was at last able to begin in clement conditions. The hot summer was punctuated by a few isolated hailstorms. The harvest began early (September 14). The wines have a good balance.
A perfect balance of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Dom Pérignon plays with the paradox of opposite and complementary elements to create vibration and tension. Approximately 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir.
